Due to different monitors/computer screens, Eclectic Summer cannot guarantee the item color is that exact same as what you see on your computer screen, and therefore cannot be held liable for any color differences.

As with many handmade items, natural variations can occur. We also cannot guarantee that each item will fit every baby/child the same. 

Custom Order deposits are a nonrefundable fee, that is applied to your final purchase price. Although the planning process will begin at the time of the deposit paid, final work will not begin until the item is paid for in full.

Use of all items being sold are at the sole discretion and risk of the buyer him/her self. Safety is of utmost importance, so please be mindful of this when items are in use with babies and small children. All items are sold "AS IS", and Eclectic Summer does not accept returns/exchanges. TEEPEES- Spot cleaning with mild detergent is recommended. If desired, iron fabric per your iron's settings. If needed, most fabrics of teepees can be washed and line dried. 

PROPS AND VINTAGE ITEMS- Spot cleaning with mild detergent. Recommended is wash by hand and hang or lay flat to dry.
